History
Gulfshore Rentals, LLC is a full-service rental management company. Broker Ellen Henderson has been providing rental management services/real estate for home owners in the Marco Island/Naples area for over 27 years. Local residents, home owners and business owners come to us for expert property management representation. We specialize in single family homes and individually owned condominiums, town homes, duplexes in the Marco Island and Naples area.
Services
- “Full-Service” means that we are always available and provide all aspects of property management. We can handle banking, monthly and year end statements as well as all the tenant needs and lease negotiations. Our staff is trained to oversee your investment property in a professional manner, keeping you in mind throughout. We can also assist with buyers and sellers of homes and investment properties matching you to the right agent.
- “Management” entails all aspects of managing your real estate investment. In addition to screening tenants, placing tenants and collecting rent we will inspect your home and prepare it to market for the most optimal rent. We will market and advertise your rental property in unique ways. Our marketing program will attract more renters than any other system.
